The 'Red Ball-Nanza Campaign' (referred to herein as the 'Campaign') is a one-time promotional campaign featuring a 'Spend and Redeem' program, wherein participants have the opportunity to win prizes. This campaign is officially launched by Techtronic Power Tools (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 1003816-H), (referred to herein as the ‘Milwaukee Malaysia’).
The Company reserves the right to change the commencement date and expiry date of the Campaign Period.
The Campaign is open to all Malaysians with a valid MyKad or MyPR or MyTentera who are 18 years of age above.
This campaign is applicable only for Walk-In Customer to Selected Physical Dealers Store.
Each receipt is only entitled to one redemption on the same day of purchase.
Only applicable for original invoices / receipts from Offline Purchases made at our Selected Dealers in Malaysia, excluding Online Purchases, no photocopies, faded or duplicate and multiple invoices / receipts.
The redemption is First-Come-First-Serve basis and while stock last.
Invoices / Receipts stamped ‘REDEEMED’ are not valid for redemption.
Prizes items are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Milwaukee Malaysia makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the condition, description, quality, fitness for purpose, content, suitability, and value of the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any defects, deficiencies, errors, problems and/or damage.
By participating in this Campaign, each Eligible Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood all the terms and conditions herein (“Terms”) and agrees to be bound by the Terms.
Milwaukee Malaysia reserves the right to request for buyer’s identification and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
Milwaukee Malaysia will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the prizes item.
Milwaukee Malaysia reserves the right to change the information, redemption item and details of promotion without prior notice.
