1st YEAR ZERO COST WARRANTY PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions:

1. Power tools must be purchased exclusively from authorized dealers or retailers within Malaysia and Brunei.
2. The invoice must clearly specify the full models included in the purchased combo package.
3. This warranty covers any defects in material or repair workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
4. This warranty encompasses the core and normal wear & tear parts, such as Armature, Field Coil, Switch, Electronics Mechanism & PCB, Battery, Charger, Seals, Hoses, Vacuum motor, Carbon Brushes, Bearing, Gear, Yoke, Chuck Adaptor, Spindle, Selector, Power Cord, Plug Top, and Housing.
5. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper user or maintenance or repairs, Customer’s facility fault, or where the equipment has been modified in any matters without the consent of the Company or any other actions beyond normal and reasonable use of the power tool.
6. The warranty becomes invalid if the products are serviced by an unauthorized service centre.
7. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the power tool.
8. Techtronic Power Tools Malaysia is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the power tool, regardless of whether Techtronic Power Tools Malaysia was advised of the possibility of such damages. Techtronic Power Tools Malaysia 's liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the power tool.
