About these Terms and Conditions 1.1 These Terms and Conditions contain information on how to participate in the Milwaukee Hero Program (“Program”) and how prize winners will be selected. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy (https://www.milwaukeetool.my/privacy-policy).
About the Organizer 2.1 We are Techtronic Power Tools (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Company registration number: 201201018303 (1003816-H)), with its principal place of business at No. 29, Jalan 51/225A, Zon Perindustrian PJCT, Seksyen 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The Program is organized by us, also known as Milwaukee Tool Malaysia.
2.2 You may contact us by: (a) calling us at +60 3-7866-0668; (b) WhatsApp at +60 12-714-2132; or (c) emailing us at enquiry@milwaukeetool.my.
Eligibility 3.1 To be eligible for participating in the Program, you must: (a) be an individual who is currently residing in Malaysia and at least 18 years old at the time of participation; and (b) maintain public account(s) on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and/or YouTube which are not, and are not suspected to be, associated with any fraudulent activities, scams, product reselling, or any other illegal practices.
3.2 The following individuals are not allowed to participate in the Program: our directors, officers, ad employees, along with their respective immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, and siblings); our dealers, distributors, and wholesalers, including their respective directors, officers, and employees, and their respective immediate family members.
About the Program 4.1. Program Period. (a) The Program will be conducted during the following time periods:
First round: from 9:00 a.m. on 2 April 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on 30 June 2025 (Kuala Lumpur Time);
Second round: from 9:00 a.m. on 1 July 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on 30 September 2025 (Kuala Lumpur Time);
Third round: from 9:00 a.m. on 1 October 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on 31 December 2025 (Kuala Lumpur Time)
(the above three rounds shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Round” and collectively as the “Rounds”; and the time period from 10:00 a.m. on 1 April 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on 31 December 2025 (Kuala Lumpur Time) shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Program Period”).
4.2 How to Participate. (a) To participate in the Program, during each Round, you must:
publish post(s) containing photos and/or videos which showcase our products and/or services, and/or our “MILWAUKEE” brand on your public profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and/or YouTube, and which are created by you personally (each a “Post” and collectively the “Posts”);
tag @MilwaukeeToolMY and include the hashtag #MilwaukeeMYHERO in each Post; and
complete and submit the participation form available at website (each a “Participation Form” and collectively the “Participation Forms”), providing your full name (as per your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC)), mobile number, email address, and the URLs for all your social media account(s) where the Post(s) were published.
(b) To participate in the Program, you must not delete any of the submitted Posts during the Program Period.
(c) Each Post shall conform to the following content restrictions, failing which shall result in immediate disqualification in our sole and absolute discretion:
your Posts must be your original work and you must have all the necessary titles, rights and interests in and to the Posts for the purposes of the Program. For the avoidance of doubts, your Posts cannot be something that you have copied or downloaded (e.g. from the other participants, worldwide web or otherwise), and must not be a modification, enhancement or alteration of a third party’s pre-existing work;
(if applicable) it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any individual(s) mentioned or depicted in your Posts have given their explicit consent for the Posts to be published and submitted for the Program;
your Posts must not contain any material that violates or infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or entity;
your Posts must not contain any material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous (including, without limitation, nudity, violence, obscenity, profanity, pornography, illegal activity, or anything offensive in nature);
your Posts must not contain any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual, or promotes discrimination of any kind;
your Posts must not contain any material that promotes illegal drugs or firearms, or the use thereof, or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
your Posts must not contain any material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations;
your Posts must not depict Milwaukee Tool Group in any way that would constitute trade disparagement or defamation, contain any negative statements about Milwaukee Tool Group or its personnel, products or services, whereby “Milwaukee Tool Group” means Milwaukee Tool Malaysia and its affiliates;
your Posts must be consistent with the image and values of Milwaukee Tool Group, and be consistent with and satisfy the purposes of the Program;
your Posts must not have been submitted previously in any promotion or contest of any kind, or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means prior to this Program;
your Posts must not contain any commercial content or promotions for any products or services other than products and services of Milwaukee Tool Malaysia;
your Posts must not contain any identifiable third-party products, trademarks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Milwaukee Tool Malaysia, in particular, those of the competitors of Milwaukee Tool Malaysia (including, without limitation, DeWalt, Makita, Hilti, Bosch, HiKOKI, Total, Dong Cheng, Stanley, and other brands offering similar products or services).
(d) No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
(e) If multiple Participation Forms are submitted during each Round, only the first Participation Form submitted will be considered.
(f) We will not verify receipt of Participation Forms. Participation Forms that are late, lost, stolen, undelivered, contain false information, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular, generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, that have been submitted through illicit means or by any means which subvert the process or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions will be void. Use of any automated program to participate in the Program will result in disqualification.
4.3 Selection of Winners. (a) A total of two (2) winners (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”) will be selected for each Round.
(b) The odds of being selected as a Winner is contingent upon the overall engagement with the submitted Posts (including, without limitation, the number of likes, favourable comments, shares, and video views), as well as the quality of the content of the submitted Posts (for instance, its potential to enhance our brand awareness or reputation).
(c) Each individual (identified by the full name, mobile number, and email address) shall be eligible to receive only one (1) Prize (as defined in Clause 4.4(a) below) during the Program Period. For instance, if an individual is selected as a Winner in the first Round, s/he will be ineligible to win in the second and third Rounds.
4.4 Prizes (a) Each Winner will receive one (1) prize package (each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”), which includes the following:
the opportunity to be showcased by Milwaukee Tool Malaysia and Milwaukee Tool Asia, with the Winner’s Post(s) being shared on the official social media accounts of Milwaukee Tool Malaysia and Milwaukee Tool Asia, whereby “Milwaukee Tool Asia” means our Asia headquarters located in Hong Kong;
the opportunity to be included in future content produced by Milwaukee Tool Malaysia, which may involve invitations to participate in our upcoming marketing or promotional events;
a personalized Thank You card expressing our gratitude;
a Milwaukee Hero badge recognizing the Winner as a Milwaukee Hero;
two thousand (2,000) loyalty points, valid for two (2) years, credited to the Winner’s Milwaukee Tool Malaysia Heavy Duty Club membership account;
complimentary servicing for up to ten (10) services, valid for one (1) year, subject to separate terms and conditions;
an exclusive HERO premiums kit set valued at RM 1,500.00; and
a 4-day, 3-night overseas trip and a visit to the Milwaukee High Performance Training Center, which may be unlocked through special conditions.
(b) We will announce the names of the Winners for each Round on our official social media accounts within one (1) week following the completion of that Round.
(c) The Winners have the option to either (i) collect the Prizes in person at Milwaukee Tool Malaysia Headquarters (Address: No.29, Jalan 51/225A, Zon Perindustrian PJCT, Seksyen 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia) or (ii) receive the Prizes delivered to their specified address at no cost.
(d) Each Winner will be notified shortly after the announcement by WhatsApp using the mobile number provided by you in the Participation Form. The Winners must respond, indicate their preferred method of Prize collection, and provide their Milwaukee Tool Malaysia Heavy Duty Club membership number along with delivery details (if opting for delivery) (collectively the “Prize Redemption Required Information”) within seventy-two (72) hours of our notification.
(e) If a Winner opts to collect the Prize in person at Milwaukee Tool Malaysia Headquarters, the Winner must collect the Prize within thirty (30) days after our notification as per Clause 4.4(d) above. When collecting the Prize, the Winner will be required to produce his/her proof of identification for verification purposes.
(f) If the Winner opts for delivery, the Prize will be delivered to the Winner’s specified address within thirty (30) days after the Winner provides the Prize Redemption Required Information as per Clause 4.4(d). We shall not be liable for the Prize or any part thereof which is/are delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
(g) If any of the following occurs, the Prize will be forfeited; and we reserve the right, in our discretion, at our option, and to the extent permitted by law, to reserve the Prize for future Round(s), or award it to a reserve entry (if applicable):
a Winner cannot be reached as per Clause 4.4(d) above after three (3) attempts;
a Winner fails or refuses to provide all of the Prize Redemption Required Information within seventy-two (72) hours of our notification, as per Clause 4.4(d) above; and
a Winner fails to produce his/her proof of identification when collecting the Prize in person (if applicable).
(h) If a Prize or any part thereof becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, to the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to substitute the Prize or that part of the Prize with a prize that in our discretion is determined to be of equal or similar value and that is reasonably similar to the original Prize or part thereof.
(i) A Prize or any part thereof is not transferrable or exchangeable for any other benefits, including, without limitation, cash, store credits, membership points, or any complementary services of any kind.
(j) All Prizes and all parts thereof are not eligible for warranty coverage.
4.5 No Associations with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. (a) This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
Amendments, Verification, and Disqualification 5.1 We reserve the right to, in our discretion, at any time: (a) modify these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Program, and any aspect thereof, including, without limitation, the process and timing.
5.2 We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions or the Program by posting the amended Terms and Conditions or updated Program information, as applicable, on our website (https://www.milwaukeetool.my/).
5.3 We reserve the right to, in our discretion, at any time: (a) conduct verifications of the participants; and/or (b) exclude or disqualify any participant or entry, including, but not limited to, under the circumstances where we have reason to believe that the participant is ineligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the process, and/or engaged in any unlawful or other misconduct that has jeopardized the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program or any aspect thereof. Our decision to exclude or disqualify any participant or entry is final and binding.
Your Personal Data 6.1 By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, and/or transfer of your personal data by us and our affiliates: (a) to conduct the Program; (b) to exercise any rights hereunder; and (c) in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.milwaukeetool.my/privacy-policy).
6.2 In the event that you are the Winner, we will ask you to allow us and our affiliates to use your name, image, voice, and/or likeness in any media without remuneration, for the purposes of promoting the Program and/or Milwaukee Tool Group, our brand, the products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Milwaukee Tool Group.

Acknowledgments, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liabilities 7.1 By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are responsible for all costs to participate in the Program, including, without limitation, internet charges, mobile phone data charges, and any travel expenses incurred in travelling to Milwaukee Tool Malaysia Headquarters to collect the Prize in person (if applicable); (b) we are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or other errors (whether technical or otherwise) that may occur in the course of conducting the Program, including, without limitation, the information provided in the Participation Form, and the Prize Redemption Required Information; (c) you are responsible for ensuring that all the information provided in the Participation Form, and the Prize Redemption Required Information (if applicable), is correct and current; and (d) we accept no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the Prizes or any part thereof.
7.3 Visual(s) of the Prizes shown in any advertisement, promotional publicity, and other materials relating to this Program is/are solely for illustration purposes only, and may not depict the actual Prizes.
7.4 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in relation to the use or misuse of the Prizes or any part thereof.
7.5 Any representation, warranty, condition, or undertaking that would be implied in these Terms and Conditions by legislation, common law, equity, trade, custom, or usage is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7.6 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Milwaukee Tool Group (including their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any damage, expenses, costs, liabilities, injuries, claims, or losses whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Program or any aspect thereof.
General 8.1 If for any reason any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held by a court or other authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 8.2 Failure by us to enforce any of our rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved. 8.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. 8.4 If you have any complaints about us or the Program, please contact us in accordance with Clause 2.2. We will do our best to resolve any problems you have with us or the Program. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can bring claims against us in the courts of Malaysia, which shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between us arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Program.
