Returns/Refund Policy

(1) The customer is only eligible for a return/refund under any one of these circumstances (and subject always to the terms of this Policy):

(a) Techtronic Power Tools (M) Sdn Bhd (“Company”) has supplied an incorrect product from that ordered by the customer;
(b) The product received is damaged or defective;
(c) The Company has provided the customer with misleading information in relation to the price or description of the product ordered, and the customer does not wish to proceed with the purchase;
(d) The supply of the products may be delayed for more than 14 days because of events outside the Company’s control ;
(e) The Company has suspended supply of the products for technical or safety reasons.

(2) The Company will refund the price difference if the customer has been charged more than the value of the product published to the customer at the point when the customer placed the order.

(3) Please take note that all the return delivery costs will be covered by the Company only in these circumstances. In other circumstances, the customer must pay for the return delivery cost:
(a) If the product delivered is not the same as that ordered by the customer on the website.
(b) The product description on the website does not match the actual product delivered.
(c) The product is defective.

(4) To be eligible for any return or refund, the customer must carry out the following within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product:
(a) Download and complete the Return/Refund form here. Email the completed form to (“Completed Form”).
(b) Return the product to Techtronic Power Tools (M) Sdn. Bhd. No. 29, Jalan 51/225A, Zon Perindustrian PJCT, Seksyen 51A, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
(c) Attach a copy of the Completed Form when returning the product in paragraph (b).

(5) The product must be in ORIGINAL condition to qualify for return. ORIGINAL condition is defined as those unused items in original packaging, defect free and in unbroken quantities.

(6) Requests for Return/Refunds after 14 days will strictly not be accepted.

(7) In the case of eligible refund, we will refund you the price you have paid for the products including delivery costs (if applicable), by the method you used for payment.

(8) All Returns/Refunds are subject to the Company’s inspection and acceptance of the returned product.
